Hello! I’m Mallory Cornelius, President of VaryAbility.  After graduating from college, I followed my desire to pursue a career that would allow me to utilize my psychology degree. I started my career in 2008 as a Community Employment Specialist at ASPIRO. In this role I began my work in helping people with disabilities find employment. I discovered that I truly enjoyed connecting with my clients, helping them discover their potential, and finding successful employment.

After my first client was hired, my manager amplified my excitement when she told me that she knew I was a good fit for this work. It was clear to me that I had found my purpose.  During my employment at ASPIRO, I also was the Manager of Citizen Advocacy and Guardianship Support, and eventually became the Manager of Community Employment. I enjoyed this role, but I realized my true passion was working directly with job seekers and employers. I decided to become an independent employment consultant and opened DiverseAbility in August 2017.  The company was re-branded in 2020 as VaryAbility.
