Hello! I’m Mallory Cornelius, President of VaryAbility. I started my career in 2008 as a Community Employment Specialist at ASPIRO. In this role I began my work in connecting people with disabilities to employment. I discovered that I truly enjoyed connecting with my clients, assisting them discover their potential, and finding successful employment. I founded VaryAbility in 2017 and continue to enjoy the outstanding work we do every day.
I grew up in the UP and I currently live in Green Bay, Wisconsin with my husband, daughter, and two dogs. We love spending time outdoors, fishing, camping, hunting, gardening, and hiking.

Hello! I’m Lizzie Schuettpelz. I started with VaryAbility as an Employment Consultant in March of 2022. I graduated from University of Wisconsin- Whitewater with a social work degree. I am a licensed social worker with over 10 years of case management experience. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including direct care, hospice, and long-term care. I enjoy meeting new clients and learning how I can support them. I love the work we do at VaryAbility!
I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI where I live with my husband, son, cat, and dog. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, art, baking, reading, kayaking, and camping.
Hello! My name is Brooke Stephany. I recently started at VaryAbility as an employment consultant in May 2025 and have already been in a similar role for a year and half prior to joining the team. I grew up in Green Bay and currently reside in De Pere with my husband and two dogs. In my spare time I enjoy thrift shopping, being outdoors, or binge watching the latest shows.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor's in social work. I previously spent 6 years working in the victim advocacy field assisting domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors. I also currently provide part-time respite care for my sister and niece.
I have learned over the years that anyone can become part of the disability population at any time. Obtaining and maintaining employment is one piece of the puzzle that can lead to gaining independence, having a sense of fulfillment, and improving quality of life. I would be happy to assist you on your employment journey!
